Oscar is a Research and Policy Assistant at the Australia India Institute, specialising in geopolitical and security analysis in the Indo-Pacific. He holds a Master of International Relations from the University of Melbourne, where he concentrated on international security, and a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Wollongong. Oscar has worked in media production and journalism across sectors including government, health, and technology. He brings strong storytelling, client relations, research, and analytical skills, along with international experience across the Americas, Asia, and Europe.
