The Australia India Institute launched a report in collaboration with the Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences, the University of Melbourne on their health partnerships in India at the Faculty’s 150th Anniversary event at the Melbourne Global Centre Delhi.
The Institute has been proud to support the faculty to advance Australia–India health collaboration. Our shared research efforts to improve public health have transcended borders, guided by shared values, mutual respect and a common commitment to the health and wellbeing of our communities. Through joint initiatives spanning health policy, healthcare delivery and inclusive health systems, our partnership has demonstrated the value of collaboration in strengthening systems and addressing contemporary health challenges. As we navigate an increasingly complex and interconnected world, sustained Australia– India collaboration will be essential to addressing shared challenges and shaping the future of global health.
