Shinjini Kumar

Shinjini Kumar is co-founder of SALT-mysaltapp, a women-first fintech platform. Prior to this, Shinjini was Country Business Manager for Consumer Bank, Citi India, CEO of Paytm Payments Bank, Partner at PwC and Country Compliance Head at BAML. A career central banker before her move to BAML, she has occupied important positions at RBI New Delhi and Mumbai.

Shinjini is known for her deep understanding of regulations, financial services and fintech. She is also Non-Executive Director on the boards of  Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund and GTNW-SEWA and member-at-large on the Executive Council of CGAP.
