She has 25+ years of experience in managing and transforming businesses across various sectors such as Electronics, Manufacturing, Mining, Education, and IT Services. At HCLTech, she led the Diversity, Sustainability, HCL Foundation and New talent hubs programs. Currently, as the global business head of EdTech, her focus is to power talent mobility with technology.

She is a Distinguished Alumna of NIT, Trichy (India) , recipient of WeQual Award in 2021 , Chairperson of ASSOCHAM Empowerment council 2024, NASSCOM Governance council member for future skills 2024, and is one among the Top 25 education consultants and leaders of 2024 listed on the Consulting report.

Srimathi has been a task force member and speaker in Government led committees, and international forums such as UN(Women), WBCSD, SHRM, CII and WEF.
