Laura is the Acting Communications Manager at the Australia India Institute. Originally from Western Australia, Laura completed her Master of International Journalism at the University of Melbourne before beginning her career as a political journalist with the Southland Times in New Zealand, and later as the Alice Springs reporter for NT News.
Prior to joining the Institute, Laura worked as the Media Advisor for the Assistant Minister for Multicultural Affairs, Julian Hill MP.
